Farming & Commercial
FAS undertake all types of commercial properties including office blocks, shopping centres, hospitals, schools, universities and MoD establishments.
Industrial
Our management team are experienced in all types of industrial sites including factories, warehouses, petrochemical plants and power stations.
Retail
The FAS management team are experienced in dealing with many of the major retail stores to survey and manage their asbestos requirements in conjunction with their in-house management teams.
Social housing
Our management team are experienced in managing large-scale social housing projects working with housing associations and local authorities. We recognise the need of the tenants as being paramount to completing a successful project and to that end we have produced a number of systems and security codes that give peace of mind to both the tenant and client.
The Company carries full Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
All surveys are carried out to HSE Standard MDHS 100, and all surveyors hold British Occupational Hygiene Society P402 proficiency certificates in "Building Surveys and Bulk Sampling for Asbestos".
